1) Debit Card Use Overseas

I will be traveling overseas.  Can I use my Debit Card for travel?

Ordinarily foreign transactions are not enabled on your account.  Before you travel, please notify the bank of your dates of travel and destinations.  We can enable overseas transactions on your card.

2) Stop Payment on Debit Cards

Can I place a stop payment on a Debit Card transaction?

No, unfortunately debit card transactions cannot be stopped once they are initiated.  The best recourse is to contact the merchant processing the transaction and request that the order for which you are charged be stopped and a refund credited to your account.

3) Estatements

How can I enroll for eStatements?

You may enroll today through your Netteller account.  Click on the ESI tab and follow the instructions.  If you need assistance, please contact the bank and we will be glad to help you.

4) Bill Payment

How can I enroll for your online bill payment service?

Bill payment is offered through self-enrollment.  Click on the Bill Pay tab within NetTeller and follow the easy instructions.

5) Telephone Banking

Can I access my account information over the phone?

You may always call us during banking hours, and a representative will be glad to assist you.  If you wish to access our telephone banking system, you may call 1-877-578-7265.  This service is available 24/7.

6) Lost/Stolen Debit Cards

How can I cancel my lost/stolen Debit Card?

During banking hours you may call 850-456-5722.  After banking hours you may call 866-546-8273.  If you are an internet banking customer, you may stop the card through our online banking site.

7) Stop Payments

How can I stop payment on a check?

Please stop by one of our locations or fax a signed request to us at 850-456-0352.  A stop payment fee of $25.00 will be charged.

8) Mobile Deposit Hardware/Software Requirements

You will need an iOS or Android based device capable of running the most recent release of the device's native operating system.

The My Money Program, created by the Florida Department of Financial Services is a comprehensive and inclusive financial literacy program and resource clearinghouse for individuals with developmental disabilities, their family members and caregivers.
