Frequently Asked Questions

1) Merger – Your New Debit Card

We are sending you a new The Warrington Bank debit card and a new randomized PIN (you can change it at our ATMs), which should arrive on different days.
Your Bank of the South branded card will be disabled on June 6, 2022, so you must activate the new card on or after June 6, 2022 by performing a PIN transaction any merchant or an Inquiry at any ATM.
IMPORTANT: You must update any recurring payments that are set for auto-pay on your debit card to bill your new card. From June 6, 2022 on, any transaction attempted on your old card will decline.

2) Merger – Online Banking

The NetTeller Online Banking platform you already know, but at a different web address.
The first time you log in your 12 digit NetTeller ID will change, and any custom username you have set will need to be re-created from the Options menu.
You will need to acknowledge a message showing your new 12 digit ID before you can complete your first login. Your online banking password will not change.

3) Merger – Mobile Banking

Same goDough Mobile Banking platform you already know, but you will need to download The Warrington Bank Mobile App by searching "The Warrington Bank" in your app store.
Log in with the new User ID given to you on your first login to NetTeller Online Banking after the merger.
Mobile Deposit registration will carry forward automatically so you can continue using mobile deposit immediately on the new app.

4) Merger – Checks

You may continue to use any Bank of the South checks you currently have on, but future checks you order through us will use The Warrington Bank Routing/Transit Number 063205923.
If you order your own checks, please update the Bank Name and R/T Number on any future orders.

5) Merger – Telephone Banking

Same iTalk telephone banking platform you already know, with a new phone number effective June 6, 2022: (877) TWB-5STAR  /  (877) 892-5782.

6) Merger – Account Statements

Same paper statement and e-statement format and layout you already know, now branded as The Warrington Bank beginning with your first statement after June 6, 2022.

7) Merger – Account Numbers

The same account number you already have, but with a new Routing/Transit Number: 063205923.

8) Merger – Pre-Authorized ACH Deposits and Withdrawals

All NEW Electronic/ACH transactions will need to be set up with The Warrington Bank Routing/Transit Number 063205923 after June 6, 2022, using your existing account number.
EXISTING direct deposits are not affected.

9) Merger – Incoming Wire Transfers

Incoming wire transfer instructions will change. Contact us for before requesting incoming wires so that we can provide you with updated wire instructions.

10) Hours of Operation

Lobbies are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, with the 4410 W. Fairfield office's drive-thru opening at 8:00AM each business day. We close for all Federal Reserve observed holidays.

11) Lost/Stolen Debit Cards

How can I cancel my lost/stolen Debit Card?

During banking hours you may call 850-456-5722.  After banking hours you may call 888-297-3416.  You can also suspend the card using our goDough mobile banking app from its Preferences, or our NetTeller online banking site.

12) Debit Card Use Overseas

I will be traveling overseas.  Can I use my Debit Card for travel?

Ordinarily foreign transactions are not enabled on your account.  Before you travel, please notify the bank of your dates of travel and destinations.  We can enable overseas transactions on your card.

13) Stop Payment on Debit Cards

Can I place a stop payment on a Debit Card transaction?

No, unfortunately debit card transactions cannot be stopped once they are initiated.  The best recourse is to contact the merchant processing the transaction and request that the order for which you are charged be stopped and a refund credited to your account.

14) Estatements

How can I enroll for eStatements?

You may enroll today through your Netteller account.  Click on the ESI tab and follow the instructions.  If you need assistance, please contact the bank and we will be glad to help you.

15) Bill Payment

How can I enroll for your online bill payment service?

Bill payment is offered through self-enrollment.  Click on the Bill Pay tab within NetTeller and follow the easy instructions.

16) Telephone Banking

Can I access my account information over the phone?

You may always call us during banking hours, and a representative will be glad to assist you.  If you wish to access our telephone banking system, you may call (877) 892-5782.  This service is available 24/7.

17) Stop Payments

How can I stop payment on a check?

Please stop by one of our locations or fax a signed request to us at 850-456-0352.  A stop payment fee of $25.00 will be charged.

18) Mobile Deposit Hardware/Software Requirements

You will need an iOS or Android based device capable of running the most recent release of the device's native operating system.
